Over 30 years ago the Spanish Society of General Practitioners and Family Doctors (SEMG) began their journey of improving the National Health System in Spain by training primary care physicians. They continue to contribute to primary care with education, teaching, research and participation in the family medicine community. It was at their most important annual event that MESI built up awareness of the importance of Ankle-Brachial Index measurement amongst members of the SEMG Association. Primoz Verbic, our Sales Manager for Spain, demonstrated measurements at the Congress, showing that anyone can check their arteries in just one minute.
