We are looking for Front-desk assistant to help support our team and manage operational tasks.
Position tasks:
- Accepting phone calls, customers, postman mail
- Accepting visitors, customers and hospitality service
- Receive documentation, documentation scanning, editing and digital archiving
- Basic accounting of received documentation and preparation of bank payment orders (xml)
- Editing and monitoring internal purchase orders, various accounting tasks
- Records keeping (payments, accounting program Panetheon, ..)
- Keeping the administrative records and meeting minutes
- Managing records of fixed assets and inventory of equipment
- Implementation of logistics processes and shipment management
- Processing student salaries and editing students’ personal files
- Ensuring smooth processes in the company (employees care, ordering office supplies and coffee, solving problems with work equipment, monitoring and managing the massage schedule, care for MESI bikes, etc.)
- Carrying out document certifications for sales processes
- Assistance with administrative projects
