Why we exist
Our mission is to simplify diagnostics and help discover diseases earlier
Working in healthcare, especially developing devices that improve and facilitate the work of healthcare professionals, gives added value to our personal purpose. We all strongly stand by our mission – empower first-contact care to diagnose diseases early and therefore provide on-time and successful treatment, preventing serious consequences.
We are MESI team
More than just co-workers
We are a young team in an innovation-driven company. As unique as we are individually, we are all creative, funny, open-minded, playful and proactive people who enjoy working together. We know how and when to work hard, but we also want to have fun while being productive. We spend quite some time together - working, traveling, playing sports or just grabbing a drink after work. We really care for each other and this is why team spirit is important to us.
When your desk becomes the least productive place in the office, you can find a few booths and sofas to help you take a break from sitting at your desk all day. Move a meeting to a cozier booth, find a smaller place to concentrate on your thoughts, come up with some new ideas or just boost your creativity.
Once a year, the whole team goes out of the office for a team building. This day is dedicated to connecting, strengthening the relationships and improving communication at work. It’s a combination of different activities and workshops - from soft skills to sports activities. We visited an adventure park, went sailing … and at the end of the day, we always enjoy a good bite and each other’s company.
Wanna ride? Use our MESIbikes. Company bikes are parked in front of our office. They are available for all employees to borrow and grab a quick lunch or run some errands in the area. They are also a great way to avoid traffic jams in the afternoon.
Coffee, fruit and snacks
Every week there’s fresh fruit and vegetables, sweets, or even ice cream on hot summer days. The kitchen would not be complete without a large stock of teas - and coffee, of course.
